Graduated from the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science and a PhD at the Institute for Media Education, Faculty of Educational Sciences, the Academy of Special Education im. Maria Grzegorzewska. in Warsaw. As an employee of the Institute for Educational Research, he participated in the evaluation of the “Digital School” Government Programme. Previously, he worked at the Office of the Ombudsman for Children, Office of the Prime Minister and the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, and directed the work of organizations whose task was to increase the safety of children and youth in the electronic media. He is a member of the Pan European System Indications Computer and Video Games PEGI (Pan European Game Information Council), and the Consultative Committee of the “Safer Internet” in Poland, an expert at “Classroom 2.0”. He is the author of several publications on the safety of children and youth on the Internet.
